Carolyn Cross

46 years ago, Carolyn Cross began her career as an untrained typist at a local car dealership. Over the years, she would work at nearly every position before moving up the ranks to General Manager and Dealer Operator. In an industry dominated by men, she has managed several of the most successful dealerships in the nation and has been awarded the industry’s highest honors. To her employees, she is simply known as “Momma” because she treats and nurtures everyone like family. However, according to her, she simply loves helping people and hires those who share her same passion for customer satisfaction. She also believes in giving back to the community, especially those in need and champions many worthy causes each year.
