National Outreach
Navigation
Our National Navigation Team operates in a strategic, virtual capacity to ensure Veterans receive critical support regardless of geographic location. This approach allows us to effectively serve Veterans who reside outside the 150-mile radius of an established chapter, eliminating barriers to access and expanding our national reach.
National Navigation services include facilitated warrior support groups, comprehensive resource navigation, peer-to-peer mentoring, and logistical coordination for Veterans entering and transitioning out of the Camp Hope residential program. Through consistent connection, advocacy, and personalized guidance, the National Navigation Team ensures that no Veteran is left without support simply due to distance.
Outreach
Our Outreach Chapters are strategically established in regions with the highest rates of Veteran suicide, allowing us to deliver critical support where the need is greatest. Currently, we operate chapters across three states and five major metropolitan areas, extending our reach to Veterans and families who require immediate and sustained assistance.
The primary mission of our Outreach program is to identify, engage, and support Veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress. Qualified individuals are connected to the Camp Hope interim housing program, while others receive ongoing peer-to-peer support, warrior-led support groups, and crisis intervention services tailored to their needs.
Beyond direct Veteran care, our outreach teams play an active role in strengthening their local communities. Through PTSD and suicide awareness presentations, they educate the public, reduce stigma, and mobilize community members, organizations, and leaders to become actively involved in addressing Veteran mental health challenges within their regions.
